Q: CONFIRMATION EMAIL – Help, I did not receive my confirmation email.

A: We love email and technology…when it works! We often find that email is not received due to a typo, so please let us know if you’re not receiving it.  Please make sure to check your SPAM/Junk folder and put and in your Safe Senders list.

Q: EMAIL CONFIRMATION – How do I confirm my email address?

A: When you originally registered on by entering your name and email, you are automatically sent an email with a confirmation link.

Note: this email may not get to your inbox right away, please wait a few hours before contacting us in case it is delayed. Once you receive the email with the confirmation link, you must click that link yourself. If you are unable to click the link you must copy and paste the link into your internet browser. We are unable to confirm your email in our system and the only way it can be done is through your confirmation link.

Please do not email us saying you confirm your email address, only by clicking the link can your email be confirmed. Once you click that link you are taken to a page to re-enter your email address and then you are taken to the next page to create your password.

If you have tried everything in this FAQ to solve your email problem and it is not solved, please try signing up with a different email address with a different provider. (Example, if you originally registered with a YAHOO account and you have another email address with GMAIL, try signing up with your GMAIL account)

Q: BONUS GIFTS – How do I download the bonus gifts?

A: If you have registered for Successful Kids Revolution, there are Free Bonus Gifts available on your confirmation page. Click the links of the bonus gifts to be taken to the next page to download them. Each bonus gift must be selected individually by you. There is no link to download all bonus gifts at once. Please select all the bonus gifts you want by clicking on their respective links.

Q: LIVE BROADCAST – What is the local time for me to listen live?

A: You can go here for an international clock time converter  simply enter the date and time as 5:00pm and USA – California – Los Angeles as time to convert from and your location in the convert to.

Q: LIVE SESSIONS and REPLAYS – I am not able to listen to the sessions live, is there a replay available?

A: All the LIVE Sessions begin at 5:00pm Pacific time.  After the live session, a replay will be set up that will be available until 4:45pm Pacific time the following day, when we switch over to the next expert.  There will be some replays available over the weekends, please continue to open our emails for updated news on replays and other opportunities for you.

If you wish to own the expert interviews to your personal library, please check out our Gold and Platinum Packages.

Q: REPLAYS – I can’t listen to the replays and keep being sent to the registration page, please help!

A: You must be registered with the site to have access into the community to listen to the replays, etc. If you signed up, and then unsubscribed, you will no longer receive our reminder emails providing information on the live guests and replay notices. In order to access the live calls and replays, you will have to re-register to the site at to once again receive our access emails.

Q: CREDIT CARD – My credit/debit card has been rejected and I know there is money available, what do I do?

A: If you are outside the United States processing via PayPal is easiest.  Select the offer you wish to purchase and choose PayPal as your payment type. You can even use the same credit/debit card.  It is quick, secure and easy.

Q: DOWNLOADING – I have purchased the audios and can’t seem to download the recordings to my computer, what do I do?

A: You can download the files to your computer by right clicking and choosing ‘save as’, ‘save target as’ or ‘save file as’ and then choose where to save it on your desktop. Many computers will automatically save the file in a ‘downloads’ folder so if you have trouble finding it, look there.

Q: MOBILE DEVICES – I am having trouble playing the interviews or they won’t play on my phone, what to do?

A: We cannot guarantee that these recordings will be accessible by phone. They are designed to be accessed from your computer.  However, if you purchase our Gold or Platinum Packages, you will be able to download the audios into your computer and can then upload them to any MP3 listening device to take with you.

Q: SHARE THIS EVENT – I want to spread the word to my friends and colleagues about the series, where do I send them?

A: Thank you! We appreciate your desire to help other families! Simply send your friends and colleagues to and they will gain access to our entire community.

Q: AFFILIATE PROGRAM – Do you have an affiliate program?
