Supporting Teens Through Tough Times

Today's kids have ENORMOUS potential to create a wonderful life, more than ever in human history. However, they are also facing more challenges than ever before.

Take a look at the table below. Is your teen dealing with any of these issue?

Coming from my own experience as a high school teacher, mentor and coach, I have seen the unfortunate consequences with teenagers that have believed the lie of their unworthiness.

Kids don't know what they don't know.  It's up to us to teach them how to create a reality that fulfills them. But if we are stuck in fear and worry ourselves, we won't be very effective in helping them.

When a teenager is taught the truth about the power of their thoughts and emotions to create a better life for themselves, they are able to choose wonderful things.

1. Remember to encourage your kids to focus on the positive aspects of what they want.

2. Be the role model for them by doing this for yourself. Once they are able to see the power you have to create good things, they will be more likely to do it for themselves.

If your teen is struggling with any of the issues below, I am here to support you and your teen in releasing the pain they are facing. It can be easier than you believe. All is possible but you need to change the pattern to change the results.
